Can someone tell me in Dreamcast Chao world. The Chao garden fruit is

of less benefit to Chao's stamina than the Hero garden or Dark Garden fruit?
Because I've been giving my Light Chaos Chao the Chao garden fruit for ages and the stats are only going up by one each time, whereas a Hero or Dark Garden fruit raises them by 2?

He probably has a lower grade in Stamina. If you have a higher grade, you acquire more stamina for each fruit.

There aren't any chao rankings in Dreamcast
