Like hell. I watch people play that game, and I get kicks out of just watching it. I can't even imagine how awesome it would be to actually play it.
I hate to say it, but... no, actually I have no qualms about saying it, many people consider GTA to be one of the best series ever made.

And not without reason. It doesn't quite run to my tastes...

I may be particularly fond of Sonic, but different things appeal to differnt people, and I'm not going to say one game is better than another, let alone demand loyalism to a particular character to the exclusion of other great games. That's incredibly stupid.

Honestly! I left all those crap games (GTA Splinter cell) for Mario, Sonic!

You got your sequel in Sonic Heroes.

That 'Sonic Heroes' game did not have a serious storyline to it

Eggman's letter at the start of the game is seen as an 'invitation to a party': Sonic
and the 'Metal Madness' (Metal Sonic)... Sonic says something like, 'anytime you want a rematch..'

Sonic Adventure 1 and 2 had stories that were like world threatening. e.g. The eclipse Cannon in SA2 (Definitely). Perfect Chaos in Sonic adventure. I agree that Sonic Heroes was supposed a sequel, but I did not realise that until you told me- Sonic heroes did not have the right 'taste' like Sonic Adventure had, that's why I thought it can't be a sequel.

The spiritual sequel to the adventure series was Sonic 2006.
