You can take Chao to drawing lesson in Kindergarten and it gets crayons and knows how to draw.
If you win crayons in Chao race, Chao does not draw (I think) until you take it to lesson.

I don't think SA2 has crayons... And I don't remember seeing a Swing Dance, either.
