You know. . .

I have a strong urge to put my music online and post the url, but i don't have any of it copyrited, and I know someone would steal it. It's one thing i'm quite passionate about, although it's not your garden variety music.

Only one person besides myself has ever heard anything i've composed. And I hope she chokes on a Kangaroo fart. At least she's tonedeaf and has no ear for music.

Music is quite a powerful expression. To be able to perform the neumeric tasks involved in actually creating a piece, isn't all that difficult with practice. But the real beauty, is the ability to actually relay real emotion through the music itself. Some of my songs still give me chills. . . And anything i do with a violin. . . Man that's pretty. . . I love strings.

I'm just bored. don't pay attention to my posts. I'm killing time waiting for the delivery boy to bring me my pallet of pellets for my pellet stove.Anyone feel like helping me put it in my basement? There's about a ton per pallet, and they're 50 pound bags.

Nah forget it. you guys would probably weeny out anyhow.

And this show is infuriating. it's about some teenagers who hang out in a basement. A guy broke up with his GF and now all his friends are sitting at his ex's house watching boobies on cable. I'd probably kill them all if it were me.

Something artistic. Probably a broadsword.

No. . . No no no. . .

That's far too tacky. Perhaps i would get 6 plastic 5 gallon buckets, place them upside down, flood the place, put power lines in either side of the water, leave it so the water will slowly rise, and leave them on the fucking buckets.

mmm...

Much more creative.

In Dante's Inferno, the worst place in all the rings of hell is the three mouthes of the devil-beast. The mouthes are reserved for Betrayers.

That's one thing I will never forgive. Betrayal. Even when I could forgive and forget anything without condition, I had strong distaste for betrayal. And now that i've tasted so much of it, I have a strong memory of how it burned my pallet so.

Anyone who betrays Anyone should be Imediately aprehended, tortured, and released. Death is too easy and kind a fate to bestow on betrayers. Disfigure them and let them live, knowing that at any time, you could come calling, and claim their lives on a whim. Let their scars remind them of what a sorid fate awaits them for their transgressions. Let no man, woman, or beast look upon their immaculate visage again, for they deserve no such novelty.
(At least that's how I feel about it)

(I should be emperor of the earth. I assure you crime would drop substancially, violence would simmer down, tax hikes would be an offense punnishable by dismemberment, and if you betray your word or someone else in general, you'll be put to some midieval torture devices (Branding Chairs, racks, gibbets, the worx.)

OMFG i have to shave my mustache now. Someone really screwed with my lighter and now there's a streak about 3/8 of an inch wide that shoots up my nostril through my stash where there's no hair anymore.

I could just kill a man.

It looks like i snorted a line of nair

:((

Now that I think about it. that's sort of funny.

What about those who betray by accident?...

Gigazubyte ID:015441 2008/01/18 06:17:10
I mean, what if I make a promise to pick someone up from the airport at a certain time, but somebody gets hurt and I stop to take them to the hospital? Technically I've betrayed my friend, but it wasn't out of spite or malice towards them and I had a good reason.

You love playing devils advocate.

®Prof. NohmNohmz™ ID:017807 2008/01/18 06:26:46
And a if there's justification, does it truely count as a betrayal? I mean not any excuse will do, and a chronic habbit of it would be inexcuseable.
But if you're a good samaritan like that, then I'd assume it's not really betrayal.

I'm sure that friend wouldn't feel betrayed if your act was justified.

Yes I do, because I have a problem with concrete statements...

There are too many shades of gray in this world for any hard and fast rule to always give the right answer. I also don't believe any one person could ever effectively rule the world. I sure as hell wouldn't want to try. There's just too much to keep track of, too many variables, too many people who won't listen, and you've got no time for trial and error when nearly every decision is life or death.

You know, honestly i'd hate being the figurehead just as much as you. I was simply adding a bit of bite to the point i was trying to relay.

As for shades of grey, There are far too many for my liking.

I am a black-or-white person. It's either on or off. 1 or 0, yes or no. I hate "maybe", I hate "surprise!!!", and most of all I loathe being uncertain in any venture. Following a path where uncertainty was present, lead to the destruction of everything I ever loved about myself.

I know in this world, with so many different muddled creatures, there are more shades of grey than the human spectrum can discern.

That doesn't mean there have to be shades of grey in my life :P

Also I don't mind. I like it

I think. . .
I mean it's easy for people to just ignore you and disagree, however when they openly and blatantly contest your concept, it's far more honest. Also, to make an honest ascessment of a concept, you first need to read and understand the point that one is trying to make.

It means you're attentive to detail.
Simmilar to my own obsessiveness to detail. But not quite as obsessive.

It's actually healthy for people to have someone play devils advocate to them. I'm not into competition, but in order to fully grasp what you yourself are saying, you need someone to rub your nose in your own mess. That's what a devils advocate tends to do (unless you're an idiot and would stick to your ideals no matter how out-debated you are (which I sometimes am))

Admitted, there is also some slight sadistic pleasure in deconstructing arguements...

But I think my role works to everyone's overall benefit in the end.

Some would disagree

®Prof. NohmNohmz™ ID:017807 2008/01/18 07:45:07
but on an intelectual level, if someone were sound in their intelligence, as well as humble enough to concede a dead point, debating is great brain aerobics. Not only that, like i said before, being forced to think about your statements and considering the meaning behind them as well as the validity of your own point is not only healthy, but it helps to keep ignorance and/or misinformation from turning you into Cliff Claven from Cheers.

And I need all the brain activity I can handle

The remaining brain cells that haven't been oblitterated by my seasonal drinking binges need as much bulking up as possible. . .(seeing as brain cells don't regenerate)
