I finally found all the Chao facial codes, meaning you can hack Chao faces. Yes it's possible to get a Chao with a very wide smile, or a really rare dark Chao with an upside evil grin (like the Chao on the left)

One more thing, those wide smiles fit Hero Chao perfectly and the evil upside toothy grins suit the Roach Chao and Dark Chao. It's even possible to hack 'Chaos' Chao eyes and use them on Chao that wouldn't normally have them.

1) Action replay (MAX works too)
2) Gameboy advance (SP works too)
3) Sonic adventure 2 Battle, and the link cable
4) Sonic advance 2

Read the above post. It'll help you find the requirements on getting Chao with wide Smiles, weird other faces, Smiles that look like a 'mustache' + others
