Not much can phase a person who has a dream about sigourney weavers aliens eating their entrials like spagetti while they're still alive, and wake up chuckling.

I laugh at car accidents, chuckle at lepers, and have no problem with dead things (people included). . . Except maybe the smells. Those are a little rank. Even people fresh out of the funeral makeup and embalming room have odors. >_<

Most people who have a slow fear response or no fear response have sociopathic tendancies.
I don't think I suffer from sociopathy though, because I do care about other peoples feelings (if those people are important to me(which most aren't)). Also, though carnage has little to no effect on me (as well as a wide assortment of depravity and morbidity), I have a slight fear of heights.
Rather the fall and stop at the end of the fall.

Though that fear didn't stop me from riding a crane lift to the top of an old oil platform about 100 feet up (with the grate floors so you can watch your lighter fall 100 feet to the ocean) and walk across foot wide pipes (without a teather or rails to hold on) for about ten feet to guard an ice chest while they used cutting torches to take it apart. I was stuck there on fire watch for 12 hours while a 4 legged platform became a 1 legged scrap heap with only me on top and a cooler full of piss warm sprite. Every time they pulled a chunk off the whole fucking thing swayed like 5 feet back and forth. Every time I about choked on my heart and swallowed it back down.

So I don't think i'm a sociopath.
However I'm quite fearless.
