And Hexidecimal is a coding language (in case it's not an act, which i'm not buying into so readily. This post is more for those who are actually in the dark.
Also, i'm no hacker. I simply know that a program requires a programming language in order to be created. you can't just type "I go to this website and i make it blink really fast"
You have to talk to the computer in a language it understands. a program is just that.
And hexidecimal is one of many languages the computer recognizes.
The most basic code is that which the bios (basic in and out system) reads inb order to boot up your hard drive. That's binary.

That's binary. Basically it's a signal switch. on, off. 1, 0.
