My Chaclon was created out of Cheating and his stats were all 9999.
However, even without the Cheat my best Chao is an Angel Chao that has 3266 in every ability. I could even beat him without Cheating

Both of those amount to exactly crap...

2. Prove it.

3. Obviously if you can prove it there is no way to prove you didn't hack the second one, which is represented in theory alone.
