can u get a blaze chao, if so how?

Considering Blaze first appeared well after SA2...

It's not very likely there would be a Blaze chao, now is it? I suppose you could do most anything with hacking, but not being a hacker myself I can't say for sure.

You can not get a "Blaze Chao". The only way to do this would be by rom hacking a SA2 rom. Even then you would have to know... a HECK of a lot and even redo some programming, etc.
