tell me what animal and how the hell sonic gets back to the sky deck a second time in adventure mode because i change the ships shape and i cant find the entrance please help me

I had trouble with getting back to the Sky Deck too. You need to make the ship change shape by pressing that button in the captain's room (with the huge chair) and the ship should change shaped again (don't ask me how it does this after it fell a few thousand feet from the sky and landed in the ocean).
But yeah, that's how you do it.

but even after i push the button i still cant find the entrance cause the ship only gets smaller

You need to take the tram, located in the interior of the ship.
