I vote B. Idiots like Bob just want attention. Leave them alone, and they'll eventually stop if nobody pays attention to them. This applies to flooders, too.

I vote B, the dude just feels like getting some attention, I think he'd get bored if no one payed attention to him.

Have you also noticed that he's the same person as 'Chao Bandit' on the Expert Board? I think he's someone else too but I forget...
