BUT that would take a whole year worth of reincarnating chao
I havent even lost a single chao or reincarnated one.

Well, the thing is, you can only reincarnate a chao so many times before its points stop going up. Sounds crazy, but check on a calculator if you don't believe me.
Only way is by getting it a perfect level up score every single time...
