Why did you have to go and get rid of the Chao? I like the new games, but I frequently return to the Sonic Adventure games just because of the Chao.

Don't even try to deny that they were a major draw for a lot of casual players. They also had some amazingly detailed genetic programming, and all in all were one of the cooler pet simulations I've ever played with.

Trust me, pet simulators and Sonic doesn't mix...

They are more games for that sort, it slows too much down for Sonic games the way they are meant to be.

Chao should be nothing but cameos.

That's why the chao area is completely seperate from the main game...

and totally optional to the story. The best two 3D sonic games both had chao gardens, and when those went away they got worse. Coincidence? I think not!

I'll just say there's no need for anymore chao gardens since it'll be mostly the same basic stuff.

You can say that about sonic games in general...

or just about any franchise, really. They could easily add enough new features to make a new garden that chao fans would enjoy.

and I'm still willing to bet there are more people who would enjoy raising chao than there are people who enjoyed Sonic 2006.

If Chao sucked, why are there still many Chao fans out there? There hasn't been a game with Chao in it for... how many years? 4? 5? Yet there are still entire forums devoted to them.

And if Chao sucked, why are you still here?

The man has a point. They certainly sucked far less than Shadow's game.

Where have you seen me talk about chao here? Friends are really the only reason I'm still here. But really, chao don't suck, and I want them to create a new game with them in it, but not one that focuses just on chao.

i agree (isn't that a miracle?) with the people who are saying that chao made the games funner. Especially giga (even more amazing) with how the games without chao, although newer, aren't as fun. I don't really do any sonic stuff anymore, except i get into short periods of (re) addiction to chao. I mean, all of those hours spent for nothing?
