I have a lv 99 normal power type chao it will rencarnate soon so should I make it a power again on its next life?or a swimmer? it has an A in power and a B in swim any advice anyone?

It doesn't matter. I'd say take care of the weaker ones first, but if you plan on getting all of them eventually up to S ranks, it doesn't matter.
