Devil Chao?

One of my Chao, I noticed, has a a blue flame over it's head instead of the usual sphere, and it also has a horn on either side of it's mouth. Is it growing to be a Devil Chao? Because I'm not actually sure how it got to be like that, And I want it to be a Devil Chao. I just amnot sure how to raise it to be one. Can someone help me please?

Devil Chao aren't grown, they transform into Devil Chao. After it reincarnates twice, give it one of each animal, and only one. No Chaos Drives. Then once it coccoons, it will be a Devil Chaos Chao.
