1. Throw him in that meteor in Mad Space, and he'll die repeatedly.

2. Open that door in Eternal Engine where the Omochao placed next to it will keep getting sucked in.

3. There's a way to have him get ran-overed by the train repeatedly in that smashing Pumpkin Hill stage, but I don't feel like typing it out. I think I've said it already in the last page, dunno.
