Giga, don't make him drive himself crazy just yet.
As for Shadow, if he has good grades, then try to get him all S ranks. If not, then try breeding a chao with pretty good ranks and reincarnate him enough to raise the grades to S's. And if you do the second option, then make Chaos a Chaos Chao if he isn't already. At this point, in the time it takes to raise his stamina to 99, he will reincarnate back into Lvl. 1's.
Also, I can't believe nobody gets the Stamina. I've always gotten that one first. D:
