Guess what? I got a new chao! I named him Adam, and he's just adorable! Remember how I was talking about chao cloning? Well, I cloned my strongest one, and the baby came from the clones.

Huh? How did you do it? Can you tell me how?

Breeding is going to be your best bet. First, get a chao with a stat that is relatively high, preferably B or higher. Make sure that when your chao reincarnates, the stat that you want to raise one grade level is the at a higher level than all the rest, for instance if you want power to be higher, make the power stat be highest upon reincarnation. Do this with a another chao and breed them together. Repeat. It may take a while, but it's the fastest way from my experience.

but considering the chao inbreeding I've been responsible for, I guess I shouldn't complain about... whatever term you'd use for that. I don't think there is one.
