Well, if you're planning to comit suicide and go to hell put in an order for a laptop from god. Anyway it will actualy take alot longer than that for it to start.

It doesn't work for me. Either way, here's some stuff that could be of use:

For cursors:

For scrollbar:

(replace the numbers with your own choice of colours, but they must be in Hex Code)

^This is to find HEX CODES on any picture with a specific colour you like.

If you just want a general choice of non-dithering colours, then use this:
