Chao Fruit Trees/ Hero Garden?

Riiight. I need a little bit of help guys ^^.

First, on Sonic Adventure DX: Director's Cut, how do you actually get your Chao to plant fruit seeds for trees? It's bugging me and it's like x___X

And seconddd.. On Sonic Adventure 2 Battle or something (not sure about the name to a T), I know you need a Hero Chao to access the Hero garden, and all of my Chao are white and blue, in a half-Hero state. They have tiny little wings, but I don't know how to turn them fully Hero. I need to get a Halo to form, but it's not. Any help guys? Domo arigato! ^_______^

Well, for the Hero Chao, you have to wait a while for them to evolve. I'm not sure how long, though. They will eventually go into a cocoon (it looks sorta like an onion surrounding them), a little tune will play (the tune depends on what type they will evolve into), and it should evolve into a Hero Chao.

The second question: You'll have to wait until the chao evolves. The color does not matter, for a Hero Chao is a Hero Chao. Give it some Hero Fruits from the Black Market, and raise him/her(whatever you want to call) with good guys(Sonic, Tails, Knuckles) so that the chao won't turn into something else.

Since everyone else answered the second question, I'll do the first... your chao needs to have the watering can and shovel(they are won in the chao races), and they need to have a high intelligence rating. There's no real way to measure it, but just keep leveling up your chao and have it participate in races and fights, that sort of thing...
