The added freaky reoccurances...

Jon166 ID:017050 2006/10/28 14:26:29
Okay, my ID here is 17050.
My in-school student ID is 10775.
My Nintendo NSider forums ID is 107776.
Now, just as I was playing SA2B, I looked at my ring total, and I had 17050 rings. I'm a little freaked out. o_o

That's pretty neat.

Lol, that's funny. That's like how Angela Bettis, the actress who plays May in the movie "May", has her birthday on January 9th. She also makes her own clothes and sews, like Sally does, and she has a similar shape like Sally. Her personality (I guess both Sally's and May's) are similar to mine (especially May's "awkward" personality). And I'm gonna dress as Sally tomorrow (or should I say today).

Re: The added freaky reoccurances...

Jon166 ID:017050 2006/10/28 15:32:37
Lol, I had to read that one twice. @_@
But yeah, it's so freaky when things like that happen, huh?

Re: The added freaky reoccurances...

Dark Celestial Dragon ID:011103 2006/10/28 15:43:28
Yeah, but just as cool.

You had to read it twice? You mean my sentence structure? O_o

Re: The added freaky reoccurances...

Jon166 ID:017050 2006/10/28 15:48:02
No, it wasn't a grammar issue. I mean that there was so much weirdness in that connection chain that I had to read through it again so that I could understand how much everything related to everything else. :P

Re: The added freaky reoccurances...

Dark Celestial Dragon ID:011103 2006/10/28 15:52:32
Well, another thing I forgot to mention was that I made the Sally costume, with the help of my grandma (I drew the designs and picked the fabric, while she took it to her work to sew it). Oh, and instead of sewing herself together like Sally does, May sews her friends' body parts together to make a new friend.

Re: The added freaky reoccurances...

Jon166 ID:017050 2006/10/28 15:58:05
"May sews together her friends' body parts together to make a new friend."
I just had to quote that. To tell the truth, I've never seen the movie that you're talking about. I might as well say that now to stop any more confusion. Anyway, brought out of context, that sentance looks really freaky. O_O

And my cat found a new spot. On the computer desk. She keeps pressing Caps Lock, so it makes all of my letters look weird. I wish there was a button so you could highlight letters, press it, then they are capitalized/uncapitalized. Without it, you just have to retype it, or just live with CAPITALIZEDNESS. sO YEAH, THAT'S ALL i CAN THINK OF TO SAY RIGHT NOW...

Re: The added freaky reoccurances...

Dark Celestial Dragon ID:011103 2006/10/28 16:06:18
Well, as the saying in the movie goes, "If you can't find a friend, make one!"

Here's a site that tells a bit about the movie:

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0303361/

Anyway, the soundtrack from that movie is really good, especially the two songs played in the credits. There's actually this song that I like (but it's not in the movie), called "Jigsaw Girl", that really reminds me of May, except the song is in the guy's point of view, and a slightly different storyline.

As for that last line, I get what you mean. I hate having to retype something that needs to be capitalized or un-capitalized. Kyo is sound asleep by the sofa.

Re: The added freaky reoccurances...

Jon166 ID:017050 2006/10/28 16:17:23
Wow, that movie seems kind of cool, but a little bit disturbing. >>
But I guess that's what it's supposed to do, right? Certain movies are meant to give people unique ways to think about things.

And my cat is asleep now, and her head is leaning on the keyboard. Whenever I type a letter on the left side of the keys, her ear twitches. ^_^

Re: The added freaky reoccurances...

Dark Celestial Dragon ID:011103 2006/10/28 16:22:30
Yeah. That's why I like May. It's not one of those shallow horror movies (where all there is is just gore and stuff. No deep thought to them whatsoever).

And aww, that's so cute. I like when Kyo sleeps next to the modem. He's good company. He gets on the computer desk as well sometimes, but it hasn't happened in a while.

Re: The added freaky reoccurances...

Jon166 ID:017050 2006/10/28 16:29:40
So yeah, in horror movies, do you prefer good endings or bad endings? Not in a sense of endings that make sense and endings that are boring/annoying. I mean like something good happening, such as the antagonist dying, or something bad happening, such as the main character dying?

Yeah, my cat used to sleep on the modem. It seems that once she leaves a spot, she never goes back.

Anyway, I'm afraid I need to go to bed now. ._. Homecoming dance is tomorrow, and I'm going with my friend, since her boyfriend dumped her right before it.

Re: The added freaky reoccurances...

Dark Celestial Dragon ID:011103 2006/10/28 16:38:55
Well, it really depends on the movie in general... well actually either is fine. I mean you can always find somethng negative about a supposedly "positive" ending, and the vise versa, so it doesn't matter. As long as it has some type of solution (in which case, if it were a permanent cliff-hanger, it'd classify as "annoying").

And that's ok, I was getting ready to say in this post that I have to go as well. I need to try out my costume (yeah this late) just to make sure, and tomorrow I'm going to a costume contest as Sally. I might have even worse paparazzi than what I did last year at school, although NBC was re-released in 3D this year, so maybe not (since people might actually dress as Sally).

Re: The added freaky reoccurances...

Jon166 ID:017050 2006/10/29 15:48:09
Cliffhangers are always annoying. The thing is, if they are permanent, you never get that wonderful feeling of finding out what will happen. But yeah, I like both positive and negative endings, too. It definatly depends on what kind of movie. I mean, if it's a nice calm movie or something like that, you don't want everyone to die at the end. Yet, at the same time, in a horror film, sometimes it's nice to just have everyone die besides the killer, especially if the victims are really annoying.

And as far as homecoming went, it was annoying. I can't dance very well. I remembered this just about an hour before going there... v_v

That's why I don't really want to go to the prom. I mean if I had someone to go with, it wouldn't be that bad, but since I'm obviously going have to go by myself, it will be boring for me. Oh, and yesterday was cool. I won the costume contest for dressing as Sally. It's actually 5:45 AM right now. Kyo was meowing all weird (it sounded like a ghost) and it woke me up.

EDIT: I just remembered something else about Angela Bettis (the actress who plays may). Not only was she born January 9th like me, but also in Texas. The only thing is that the city is Austin.

Even though I went with my friend, she didn't really hang out with me that much. We just kind of went to dinner with some friends and then went our seperate ways in the dance. And great job about winning the contest! We didn't really have a costume contest, but we had different themes during the week. The people who did the best won a few dollars off the cost to get in to the dance. I didn't win anything, because I barely did anything besides wear a shirt on Tuesday to follow the color theme... My cat doesn't make those noises, but the cat I used to have always did that during the night. It was funny. :P

Lol, that's funny. All I have birthday related is that my dog and my sister have the same birthday. ._.

Woah, at first glance, I thought I clicked the wrong post. But yeah. On actual Halloween Day, we're just going to watch May at my sister's house (she ordered the movie. We usually would just rent it). I'm not sure if I should dress as Sally again and drop by at the Halloween dance. What are you going to be/do on Halloween Day?

Oh, and I have a picture of my costume:

And I actually didn't plan to/didn't do anything today. I mean, I've never really been into the Halloween thing. I still think the costumes are fun to look at, though. And yours looks so realistic, I couldn't tell you were in a costume. It looked like from the actual movie. o_o

Re: The added freaky reoccurances...

Dark Celestial Dragon ID:011103 2006/11/01 13:59:54
Heh thanks! ^^;

Halloween is a very big deal for me and my sisters. I was telling my friend today when we were at my sister's house that it's Halloween forever in there (she always has Halloween decorations, even when it's not Halloween). It's awesome. I mean, I don't like it just to go under that "stereotype" that people like "so much", but I love it because just the mood is exciting, the preparation, the supposed "haunted/spooky-ness" (which makes home feel comfortable), people being scared, scaring people, dressing up, and much more.

I don't much care for haunted houses...

I'm always afraid I'll punch some poor sap in the face out of reflex.

Re: I don't much care for haunted houses...

Dark Celestial Dragon ID:011103 2006/11/02 10:05:48
That was kinda random O_o But yeah, me neither. Mainly because the ones I've been to so far weren't scary. There were some that did look pretty cool, though, but still not scary. Like CD said, there should be one that's psychologically scary, whether you're sane or whatever.

Re: I don't much care for haunted houses...

Jon166 ID:017050 2006/11/02 11:21:02
Yeah, haunted houses just don't do it for me. ._. They don't actually scare me like I want them to. >_<

EDIT: Not to mention, during Halloween, you are almost always certain everything's fake, because it's supposed to be. You just see it coming.

Re: The added freaky reoccurances...

Jon166 ID:017050 2006/11/03 14:07:54
Nope. I can never seem to scare people. v_v

Re: The added freaky reoccurances...

Dark Celestial Dragon ID:011103 2006/11/04 15:05:59
I'm not sure if I do or not. I remember one of my friends said that I was creepy because I kept this paper (it had equations and stuff) from this person I used to sorta "stalk". And I think I might've scared the stalkee for a while, but I don't really know. Some people thought I looked scary when I dressed as Sally last year at school. Like this one guy was getting ready to enter inside a classroom that I happened to be exiting out of at the same time, and then he was like "Woah... nevermind" when he saw me and he turned back the other way. And also some people think it's creepy that I just smile and don't say anything.

Re: The added freaky reoccurances...

Jon166 ID:017050 2006/11/06 09:47:47
Oh, in that sense, I do sometimes. Like when I start talking about something really freaky that they don't understand. Like when I explained my theory on the space/time continuum (which really made no sense, but they didn't know that), and they all looked at me freaky and said I was creepy. xP

But yeah, I can't really scare people otherwise. I really don't want them to be scared of me anyway, so it's okay.

Re: The added freaky reoccurances...

Dark Celestial Dragon ID:011103 2006/11/06 12:10:15
I have mixed feelings about being scary. In one sense, it's good since people wouldn't bother me (well *most* people if creepiness scares them off. There's types who are drawn into it) and would leave me alone. In another sense, it's kinda insulting sometimes, because they're extremely nice people (or people that think I'm nice/interesting/whatever) and it's sad seeing them be scared away, or because it's someone that I'd like to be friends with. Although I only know of a few people's opinions on whether they think I'm scary or not. Others I just don't have a clue. And yeah, in this post I'm using scary/creepy interchangeably.

If they're good friends of mine, then I wouldn't want them to think I'm creepy, because they wouldn't put their trust into me (or some of it if they're the types who aren't very open). I have a tendency to stalk friends or peculiar people, but it's just I like finding stuff about them or analyzing them. Also I admire/keep stuff from or of them (for instance, that paper of an ex-stalkee, friends' posts elsewhere, their appearance/pictures, their favourite songs, handwriting, etc).

Re: The added freaky reoccurances...

Jon166 ID:017050 2006/11/07 09:54:46
I see what you mean. I don't want to scare people off, though. If they're bothering me, I don't want to freak them out or something, because that might keep me from making new friends, or keeping new friends. It's kind of fun to act all shy and stuff, then like just break out in an evil laugh in the middle of a conversation. They always think that's creepy, but they still laugh.

And as far as stalking goes, the way you do it isn't creepy. I mean, I usually keep those things in my mind, but it's not creepy to want to know about people. I mean, I wouldn't show them what you keep, but it could just as easily be in your mind. Just this way, you can't forget it, because you have solid copies of everything you talked about and such.

Re: The added freaky reoccurances...

Dark Celestial Dragon ID:011103 2006/11/07 10:28:51
The evil laugh thing, I tend to do that whenever I remember or think of something funny whenever the whole room is quiet. I really can't help it @_@ Usually people think is funny (or at least I think so).

As for your second paragraph, yeah. That's what I usually do. I normally don't tell anyone. Although now, I seem to be more confessive lately +_+; Everytime I go through some type of emotional break down, my honesty gets... erm, outloud-er? They are mostly positive things to be honest about, but it might get out of hand one day. Here's sorta an example (it's true examples, though):

1st: I told my friend to tell an ex-stalkee (this was when I use to confuse me being curious about someone with "crush". I didn't like the person in a sense that I wanted to date them) that I liked him.
2nd: I would literally tell my friends that they're my friends directly, and that I'm glad.
3rd: Told my mom about my internet life (after about 3 years of her not knowing).
4th: Told someone myself (although sorta indirectly) that I liked them.
5th: Told friends that I have an internet life.
6th: Told people (that I'm friends with) that I stalk them (this was a couple of months ago during the summer).
7th: I'm not gonna go any further, and I'm probably missing a few in between. But yeah, it's sorta getting worse...

Re: The added freaky reoccurances...

Jon166 ID:017050 2006/11/07 10:56:07
Wow, that seems to be a weak point. I usually try to just stay in a good mood. It's easier to be closed about your feelings if you are feeling good than bad. Either way, confessions are good for you. They relieve a lot of stress. But this one person really doesn't like me to be closed about my feelings. She's always pestering me with questions, and sometimes I accidentally tell her things I feel that I don't want people to know about, just because I got into the conversation. ._.

Re: The added freaky reoccurances...

Dark Celestial Dragon ID:011103 2006/11/07 11:14:21
Yeah I agree with that they're good for you. I'm just worried about overdoing it. My mom pries me about problems, but I don't like to worry her. It just makes me sad to see her sad because I'm sad :/ It's a depressing chain, but yeah. I don't get sad enough to actually do anything drastic (i.e. suicide), although they may also be me thinking about the consequences of me doing something drastic (i.e. family being sad), which is worse. I do figure out a positive side, but sometimes I can't control my thoughts to it. Or also, the negative keeps outdoing the positive with better comebacks. I probably think too much. But overall, I really don't care about my own feelings. As long as anyone other than me is not sad. I'm not "trying" to be nice (if anyone calls it that)/empathetic, it just makes me sad to see them sad due to me over-thinking (or being over-emotional?) it and putting myself in their place.

Re: The added freaky reoccurances...

Jon166 ID:017050 2006/11/07 11:30:04
Oh yeah, I see what you mean. You can't stop being sad, but you have to hide your feelings to keep others from being sad. I don't like to have others care about my feelings. I mean, I try to be open with my mom if I'm depressed, but at school, I don't like to share my feelings. It might be just me being afraid of people thinking I'm emotional. I mean, for a guy, being emotional is a bad thing. For a lot of girls, sharing emotions is okay, but guys are rougher when it comes to emotions, and many tend to hide their feelings, too. I like to talk about my feelings on the BBS more, simply because there are so few of us, and I've been here long enough that people won't label me as a noob for talking about my feelings.

Re: The added freaky reoccurances...

Dark Celestial Dragon ID:011103 2006/11/07 11:51:10
I get what you mean. I don't like how people stress being emotional as a bad thing. I mean as long as you're not doing it for attention (well according to my own way of being, it's considered bad... other people may not consider it bad). There's people who just can't help it and have a hard time containing emotions, but they're not doing it for attention. Everyone's different, and have different levels in handling things.

Re: The added freaky reoccurances...

Jon166 ID:017050 2006/11/08 08:46:46
Yeah. Plus, I hate attention. I kind of like it, but I'd wrather be left alone most of the time. -_-

And lol, I like cheese. >P

Re: The added freaky reoccurances...

†Ğark Celestial Ğragon™ ID:011103 2006/11/08 09:03:21
Same here. Especially since if I'd only ever want it for a short while by like one person, then I could just stare at them and they'd sense it. I have to go help at church classes now, so see ya later, cheese man.

Re: The added freaky reoccurances...

Jon166 ID:017050 2006/11/08 09:12:33
Lol, see you later. :P
And yeah, I've never been to church stuff on Tuesday. I guess different places are open more often. o_o
Also, I do like attention from one person if I'm talking to them, but never my entire class or something like that. That's why I hate giving presentations and stuff. ._.

Re: The added freaky reoccurances...

†Ğark Celestial Ğragon™ ID:011103 2006/11/08 11:42:35
As much as I would normally say "Same here!", I've been confused with that lately. It's waivering. But I guess I will go with "Same here!" anyway, because I'm initially shy about speaking in front of the class. Volunteering at church classes is like heaven compared to work. I mostly just sit there and listen. At work I can't be idle. I mean I may get away with it, but it's just really awkward.

Re: The added freaky reoccurances...

Jon166 ID:017050 2006/11/10 09:38:44
As far as the first part, it waivers sometimes. I mean, if it's just talking in front of a group of friends, or something I really care about, it's usually okay.

And for the rest, I know what you mean. If I'm supposed to be doing something, just standing there makes me feel so guilty. I just can't stand to see people working around me while I just stand there. And lectures are a lot less stressful, but when you get them in school, you get bad grades on tests and papers if you don't pay attention. ._.
I mean, I pay attention, but if my mind starts to wander, I suddenly get stressed out once I realize I missed a bunch of stuff.

Re: The added freaky reoccurances...

Dark Celestial Dragon ID:011103 2006/11/10 09:52:36
Well, all I can say is same here! Basically everything you said (including the first part... like if I'm talking about something that I really, REALLY like, then all of the sudden I don't even pay attention to who's listening, and sometimes I even get loud, and I end up standing up talking. Of course there would have to have been something that got me started, though. I wouldn't do it on my own)

And yeah, I don't have to pay attention to the lectures in church classes, so it's just "yay! daydreaming!"

Re: The added freaky reoccurances...

Jon166 ID:017050 2006/11/13 10:02:41
Same here, too. I don't just do it on my own. Like if somebody says something that I EXTREMELY disagree with, I'll speak up. Just when extreme, though.

And I love daydreaming. I remember once in 4th grade, I was really bored while I had a craving for mashed potatoes, so I was daydreaming about eating them all day every day until I finally got to eat them.
