Why C++? I don't know anything -- except how to make little Qt apps that don't do much. =/

That's hilarious. I actually posted something very similar to this, and you yelled at me for asking. The only difference is, I just asked, while you're demanding. xP

Anyway, no. But there are simpler programs out there that let you just enter commands into boxes. It's free, but you have to pay if you don't want their logo on the game. I suggest making your game on it first, then looking C++ language up on Wikipedia to recreate it once you have the general game (such as movements, backgrounds, sprites, and sounds) ready to be programmed into C++, while letting you have the time to change all you need to during the transfer. That's what I planned to do, before I learned that I don't have near enough time.
