I always steal the Big Red sodas from my older sister's fridge first thing when I get to her house. Well I ask first, but still @_@ Alright well I don't like stealing people's food, because I get pissed if the vise-versa happens. I don't care who they are. They must ask first. Something that are normally taken lightly can go horribly wrong if they're poorly timed. Sometimes you've just had a crappy day and are too uptight to recognize or appreciate a joke. At that point a light hearted joke at ones expense becomes indistinguishable from a true insult. Good friends know this, and tread carefully because stupidly stating the obvious is less important than avoiding an uneccessary confrontation. Also, on the internet it's much easier to take something the wrong way as there's no way to convey vocal inflection. For instance, I speak in a significantly higher voice than normal when I'm hamming angst, as I so often do, but as far as you can tell from text I could be dead serious if you didn't know me well enough to realize I'm only kidding.

well I was referring to myself in that question, as opposed to other people. Also the fact that our jokes (in that post) were not THAT type of jokes. That is what I'm talking about. Not the ones you're talking about. Although personally, I don't get insulted so easily (referring to what you're saying). Not even on a bad day. Which I have my own reasons for. And more than likely on the internet, I am just kidding about feeling insulted. The only way I would feel insulted would be if I were to just be ignored completely on a bad day that I'm having.
