I use those when I eat soup and cereal at the computer. And I set my drinks in front of the printer.

My printer's on the top shelf, so it's too high to easily reach (er well, while sitting down that is). A lot of the time, I put my drinks on the desk (especially when Kyo tries to jump on the TV tray), but I don't really like to, because I worry that it might spill accidentally and mess up the computer :/
