By the way, do you want to go to a site that's not all that "spammy" and mostly (well, in particular forums) based on Chao? And has a whole lot more people than this? If you do, I can just give you the link to it :/

it all belongs to sonicteam. Every word you say. Every word I say. There is a mod (last I checked, anyway, sometimes it's hard to tell as they don't say much) so you can let them do their job. Seriously, this board includes so many topics beyond chao these days that it's a wasted effort attempting to bludgeon everyone who posts something non chao related into line. Not even I have that much time to kill on a fixation. If you must try, do yourself a favor and at least keep it to enforcing topics and leave replies alone. But let me say that a well thought out and thought provoking off topic post is better than a stupid chao question used as a front to discuss other matters. Worry about the how, that is, the quality of the topics and replies, and not the what. I promise you it will induce fewer ulcers that way.

you want your own ground, go make a website. Invisionfree has a very nice and intuitive basic forum kit that you can use free of charge. There, you can make and enforce your own rules, ban spammers, go crazy. But this here is public, and anything you put up is fair game.
