Who here know how todo a red neutral chao and other cool chao of that kind?, and can you tell me how i can do one?

Buy a red egg from the black market... bring it to the garden and hatch it... then treat it equally with both characters, or just do nothing to it, and bam, neutral chao. ¬¬

I mean, I want one of those chaos that they're red with cool Peaks on it's head, like the chaos that you defeat at the chao races

Those? Take a normal chao and give it red chaos drives constantly. After it evolves, continue. Eventually it will be one of those.
