Stop making new posts and go to gamewinners.com. Go to gamecube and SA2B. Look until you see chaos chao.

Reincarnate it twice, then give it one of every animal while it's still a baby and no Chaos Drives... it should become a Chaos Chao when it goes through its first evolution (blue cocoon).
