Does anyone know how to get to the Dark Garden???

Besides you, obviously. Raise a dark chao. And before you ask, pet one with shadow until it's floaty ball thing turns reddish, and then wait about three hours to make it dark

Get one of every Chaos Chao, then feed them all a heart fruit. Put them all next to each other, and they will have a Hyper Chao, which looks just like the chao version of Hyper Sonic, flashing multiple colors. Then look outside, and there will be second transporter next to the exit transporter, which warps you to the Chaos Garden. Not many know this, but I found it out one day while experimenting.

Ummmmmmm.....what's a chaos chao? Sorry im so lost. Is it one that you give a lot of chaos drives to? How do you get a flashing hypersonic chao? That sounds like it doesnt exist to me. Is this really all a rumor?
