to get a chaos chao you have to reincarnate 2 times before the third you have to give it 1 of every animal there is and it will reincarnate one more time and you will have a chaos chao (note:you have to be good to your chao otherwise it will die and not reincarnate.)

It doesn't reincarnate a third time, it should still be a child after you reincarnate it twice and give it one of every animal to evolve into a chaos chao instead of a regular adult chao.
