i can only remember some stuff but im here to help with what i can. if ur a good chao raiser i would consider asking some1 else (like kirby or empress)

Best way to get some info is to go to GameFAQs, although you may be able to get some information here that you can't get there.

Giving them animals and/or Chaos Drives for the designated stat. The only way to increase stamina is by fruit though...

i suggest going through an easy, quick running stage( white jungle, metal harbor) and grab some drives (u can grab animals but sometimes they hurt ur stats) and then give them with either eggman, shadow, or rouge for dark chao, sonic tails or knuckles for light chao, or for normal do a little of both,

Heres how to get up stats according to colors
Green: speed
purple:flying
yellow:swimming
red: stregth
food: stamina

(if i missed any drives please correct me
