Neutral Chaos Chao
All skill levels are in the 70-80 range and stamina is 99.
He has beaten all of the races. (Except maybe a few of the first ones that my chao Joe did.)

Its probably a chaos chao.

since I raised him on the GBA he was still a child with fully leveled stats, and I beat the dark race before he went chaos.
