You get a pink chao egg from the black market and give the chao some skeleton dogs. Give it a pink eggshell and it will put it on as a mask. Evolve it into a neutral running chao and it wil turn into an alternate Amy chao.

You could get an action replay or gameshark utility to do it for you, or you could go through the whole manual process of taking apart your games files and editing the code. Whichever one tickles your facny.

I found a few chao editing code as well as stat modifiers. Try this link: http://members.cox.net/chaoclub/action_replay.html
Copy and paste into the address bar fellow action replay users! I modded my shadow chao into a devil chaos chao. The codes really work well! A word of the wise, though. It only works with the memory card in the first slot and only with the first chao in the chao garden only.
