Shadow the Hegdehog?
At the beginning, there is an area off too the right that is on top of the buildings that has two. There is one on top of the elevated area on the right of the road. The other two are on the road. Follow the path, and at the green sludge, turn right. Later, there is a dead end, but to the right there are springs hidden under some rubble that lead to the last one.
