Tails Chao information?

Does anybody have any tips or hints on how to raise a Tails chao? I don't need help obtaining it (I know how, and I already have): All I need is help raising it. For example, a question I'd like answered: Is there anyway to make a Tails chao evolve or become a hero / dark chao?

Any help would be appreciated. Thankyou.

This trick requires a link cable, a game boy advance, sonic advance, and a memory card with a saved game of phantsy star online 1 or 2. To get a real tails chao, play phantasy star online episode 1 or 2. Go to the hunters guild. select mission fake in yellow. find the rappy that used to be human. talk to it and it will make a telepipe. enter it and you will go into the city. re-enter you will see 3 rappys staring at somthing. Talk to all three of them and walk over to place they were staring at. A chao will appear it will talk to you and give you a chao key. Get off regal. In the city, by the hunters guild, you will see a GBA machine. Step on it and transport the data to the gameboy advance. A chao will appear in the tiny chao garden. The chao's name will be TAILS !

It is totally possible to get one, BTW. I have 3 of them. You can verify that method at any source.

I've come up with some of my own info. Maybe people who are interested in raising their own Tails chao will find this interesting:

- Tails chao do not evolve. They start off as an "adult" and stay as an "adult".
- Tails chao are IMMORTAL. They will never die, no matter how old they become.
- Tails chao have A rankings in all the categories. They are all around great chaos for stat-building.
- Because Tails chao do not evolve, they will stay as neutral chaos forever.

That's all my info for now. I'll compile some more information later.

Another update on Tails chao that you might find interesting: Tails chao are incapable of mating. I'm guessing Sonic Team thought that people might make more Tails chao by means of breeding, or come out with messed up Tails chao / normal chao hybrids which could screw up the game or make the hybrid chaos not function correctly.
