I just got a blue chao, and named her Chai. She is already a neutral chao, but not a child, and her abilities are very low. Can you tell me how to level them up, beseides animals and chaos drives and fruits?

Best way is to give it animals. they give more skills than drives. if you don't want to make it look weird give it skull dogs from Pyramid Cave after you have given it a bunch of animals.
