Oooo... that's a toughie. Where to begin?

1. Get a chao with S ranks: that's right buy some stinking eggs! Not to be brutal but if you keep trying you might get a chao with A's and S's and a couple E's.

2. Raise chao to high levels in the desired stats: If you get at least lv 30 it should rank up on the next evolution.

3. Repeat: I'm at a third Evolution with Edge and he has two S's. He origionally had none.

Note: For super chao(all S's) you need to become your chao's slave and do nothing but train it, pamper it, and chaos drive the heck out of it! Don't get complacent, MAKE IT EAT!!!
