"Everybody's, like, doin' it": the biggest infection of the English language today is the adverbial form "tobelike." It is present in many popular forms such as "So I'mlike" , "I'llbelike", "I'm gonnalike" etcettera. It is now a common substitution for the verb of being "as". If you will note from the previous sentance, I used the construction "such as". Most people would be like "So I'mlike 'hesaidthatshesaid' and hewaslike 'No way'."

So here is the challange: Try to make it through one day at school without using "tobelike" in conversation. Just avoid the word "like" at all costs! It's a tough job but YOU CAN DO IT!

Well I easily beat that challenge because I never talk that way. I just talk normal.

Wait, what if you're trying to say that you like someone? (As in... "I like this person") Is that an exception?
