How do I get a chaos chao?

I've heard you can get one, please, can somebody tell me how?

BTW by "chaos chao", I mean the chao in round 4 of the Dark and Hero races, and the neutral one at the end of super difficulty karate

you have to reincarnate a chao once, and make it a nuetral chao the next time.
