I believe you get shiny black (the last color to be unlocked) at 150 or 160. Let me see... colors (not counting jewel chao on Sonic advance) are white, blue, green, red, brown, orange, grey, sky blue, lime green, and black, plus shiny versions of all of the above. It's also possible to find (normal and shiny)yellow, purple, and pink eggs, though evidence suggests you have to have an SAdx file on the same memory card. There are also a number of half normal chao, which look like whatever their other half is but change shades depending on how you raise them, and transparent chao. There are a lot of colors, but the list above describes all the ones you can buy, unless I forgot some, which is unlikely but possible.
