You have to have Amy. Or E102Gamma. For Amy, When E102 lets you out, Open The cage next to hers. There will be an egg. Pick it up and put it in the chao garden.
With E102, When you let Amy out, you go to the cage and get the egg. Put it in the chao garden.

Give them dark fruits from the black market. They will cost 120 rings, but it will turn your chao dark.
Hero fruits cost 120 rings as well. it will turn your chao hero.
