I went to chao laboratory and it said www.sonicteam.com/index_e.html and I clicked on it. It took me to the Japanese page! Is there an english SonicTeam homepage?

No, that one was deleted if I'm not mistaken... SA2:B is fairly old, it was made before the English page was deleted.

True, SA2B is at least 3 or 4 years old. Not sure again, I should go check out the legal stuff tomorrow.

If I read correctly, you want the SA2b Homepage. For that, go to www.sonicteam.com, the Chao Labratory. At the bottom of any page, click the SA2B icon. You should be able get to the English page from there.
