Breeding An S rank

Just a minute ago I bred a Water type chao(named Hydrala S rank swimming ability and colored shiny gray), with a (Red) power type chao, the baby had ALL the same stats as the "Mother"(Hydrala) and was colored red/shiny! what are the chances of something like this actually happening? (I'm new so I'm asking more seasoned breeders)

i have one of those called Reaper, he is a dark chaos chao and looks very cool

I noticed that I don't pay attention to anything about my chao (stats or colors). I remember once, I had a so called "blitz" chao (a baby dark chao that had whitish-ice blue tips instead of red), and I didn't even noticed. I just thought it was just dark. But I guess it's because it's no big deal at ALL. I must leave now! *jumps on her magic dragon, waits for her cat to jump on as well, and flies off into space*

The color thing has a reasonably high chance...

at least 1 in 4 I believe, but the stat part is exceptionally rare. I have only had one chao do this EVER, and I have easily bred over a hundred chao. Luckily for me, the stats it inherited were SSSAS. So awesome.
