Get one from PSO, or just hack it. Although it takes a lot of time, it is much more satisfying when you get one through some crazy combonation!

I ment naturally, like how you get a Sonic Type[I don't have a PS2, anyway].

The only way to get the official one is with Phantasy Star Online 1&2. Otherwise you have to try to made one look like him.

You don't. You get that one, or you hack. No other way to do it.
