That's not a nice thing to say. Generalizations like that are often untrue. There are quite a few intelligent BBS users... There are nice people, too. (: You just have to get on their good side to actually see the latter.
As for the nine-year-old users comment, I agree partially. There are quite a few young people who use the BBS, but not all of them are terrible.
